Known for his soft pastel colours and simple use of line, Evenepoel creates an enticing design. A mother and daughter (we assume) gleefully beckon us to come to Antwerp. Their cloths billow in the wind against an enormous Belgian flag as the city’s skyline shimmers in the background.
