Rathauskeller Der Stadt Bogen Sudtirol’ which translates to Town Hall Cellar of South Tyrol (annexed to the Kingdom of Italy in 1919 from the Austro-Hungarian Empire), is an advertising poster that shows the interior walls of the Restaurant, filled with fresco paintings. Fresco is a technique of mural painting executed upon freshly laid, or wet plaster.
Pictured is a bearded man and a small adolescent child squeezing grapes into a glass bowl (presumably making wine).
