French Vintage Pasta Poster for ‘Pates Supralta’ by Lacroix, 1960s

This is a whimsical vintage poster of a stylized chef dining on pasta. The primary colors of red, blue, white and yellow adds to the fun. The word pates at the bottom left of the poster is spelled out with the curly pasta itself. The Brusson family founded the Brusson Jeune company in Villemur in 1872 and was one of the leading French companies in the field of pasta and cereal products. By 1960 the company employed between 500 and 600. Printed by Imp. Monegasque Monte Carlo Very rare especially in this format!
