This is a French Belle Epoque period, vibrantly colorful lithographic advertising poster for Baleinine Corsets from 1890’s Paris. It was designed by Alfred Choubrac and is an elegantly constructed and eye-catching line of female models competing for attention with its bold red lettering. Above the five beautiful women exhibiting the product, it says “Unbreakable Corsets Baleinine,” and below, “Flexibility – Elegance – Strength.”
This original vintage poster was printed by Bourgerie & Cie., Paris 1890s. The image begins one inch from the edge.
