Catalonian Vintage Union Poster ‘Sindicats Agricoles’ by Mora, 1937
SOLD
Out of stock
Advertisement in support of unions in retail (targeted at produce). It warns of the big, bad free market (notice the wolf hiding behind the trees), and suggests selling through an agricultural union.
“Avoid your products in the free market by selling them through agricultural unions.”
The slogan of Sindicats Agricoles is “Sell your products through Agricultural Trade Unions’.
On the bottom, you’ll find happy farmers with their children (aka their labor) who were very happy members of the union.
This organization was a Marxist/Socialist movement that was created to fight the ‘injustice’ of the Spanish free market during the Civil War.
