This is an advertising poster for “Art Menegers” by the important French Modern poster artist Bernard Villemot. An annual exhibition poster for articles for the home at the Grand Palais, Paris between February 22nd–March 18th, 1952.
The colorful snail (pinks, blues, yellows, gold, green) traveling with his house (or his shell) to the exhibition. All on a black background. Art Menegers in gold/yellow block lettering, with Grand Palais in grey block lettering.
